LEONA STALKERS

"Sprinkle a bit of coriander, seasoning and Leona"

Greetings Avid Readers,

2011.06.13
(The following instructions are qualitative.)

Potato Poops
  1. Cut Potatoes in half
  2. Cook Potatoes until soft
  3. Scoop body of potato into separate bowl (using a spoon...)
  4. Mix the scooped out potatoes with filling of your choice
  5. Re-fill empty potato with the 'scooped mixture'
  6. Add Cheese and Oregano on the top
  7. Put them under the Grill Oven until golden brown

T-Bone Steak Marinade
Probably my favourite marinade that I've made thus far
  1. Honey Mustard Seeds
  2. Oregano
  3. Seasoning - Salt and Black Pepper
  4. Hint of Ground Pepper
  5. Coriander (dried or fresh)
    and if you want,
  6. Ground Paprika

T-bone and/or Sirloin Steaks are usually cheap and easy pieces of meat. Haha
Well, I usually buy it from Asian Butchers (two sirloins for $4.50!) as opposed to franchise supermarkets 'cause their prices aren't always necessarily DOWN DOWN...

Didn't give anything away there.

But I do find Asian butchers really shifty...

Anyway, that's all for now.
Keep Reading. Continue Enjoying.
Love Leona
