SMILEY FACES AND SCOTCH EYE FILLET

INGREDIENTS:

• Packet of "Ah Mc'Cain's" Smiley faces
  
  • $3.00/packet
• Scotch Eye Fillet
  
  • $6.00 - 7.00/400g
• Gravy from Masterfoods
  
  • 98c/sachet

METHOD:

1. Bake Smiley faces for 20 minutes until crispy golden
2. Marinate Scotch Eye Fillet by sprinkling salt, pepper and herbs of your preference on both sides
3. Heat pan with oil
4. Put meat on pan and cook for 5 minutes (For Medium Rare)
5. Boil water and pour 250ml in jug, mix with gravy powder
6. Pour on Meat
