Thai Beef Salad














INGREDIENTS:
  • Mint leaves
    • $2.48/punch
  • 2 Limes
    • 78c each
  • 2 Lebanese Cucumbers
    • 94c ($3.00/kg)
  • 100g Kalamata Olives
    • $1.16
  • Cherry Tomatoes
    • $3.48/250g
  • Red Onion
    • 78c ($3.98/kg)
  • Feta Cheese
    • $1.70/half slab
  • Sesame Oil
    • $2.99/150ml
  • Chilli Oil
  • Fish Oil
  • Beef Rump
    • $8.56/350g
     
METHOD:
  1. Create dressing by squeezing limes into sesame oil, fish oil, chilli oil. (Test by taste)
  2. Add salt and pepper
  3. Chop cucumbers, tomatoes, olives and mint leaves. Mix.
  4. Pour dressing into Salad.
  5. Marinate beef with oregano, salt and pepper.
  6. Cook for 5 minutes for medium rare.
  7. Slice beef and piece onto of salad.
  8. Chill and serve

I seriously can't be bothered adding the method because if you can't make that, then ...you're doomed for survival in life.
