Thai Beef Salad
INGREDIENTS:
- Mint leaves

- 100g Kalamata Olives

- Cherry Tomatoes

- Red Onion

- Feta Cheese
- $1.70/half slab
- Sesame Oil
- $2.99/150ml
- Chilli Oil
- Fish Oil
- Beef Rump
- $8.56/350g
- Create dressing by squeezing limes into sesame oil, fish oil, chilli oil. (Test by taste)
- Add salt and pepper
- Chop cucumbers, tomatoes, olives and mint leaves. Mix.
- Pour dressing into Salad.
- Marinate beef with oregano, salt and pepper.
- Cook for 5 minutes for medium rare.
- Slice beef and piece onto of salad.
- Chill and serve
