"A Turkish Delight"

Greetings Avid Readers,


Gözleme (noun)  [goz-lem-mee]
'a savoury traditional Turkish hand made and hand rolled pastry'

It's so good it should be called 'God just lemme' put it all in my mouth now.



1. Make dough with plain flour, yeast, water
2. Mix it until dough
3. Leave for 20 minutes until double in size
4. Roll in pancake
5. Fill to however you please
 



Additional:
- Olives
- Sun Dried Tomatoes
- Premium Mince
and Tasty Cheese!



Quite easily done!

Gozleme has always been a food you eat at the fair or something like that. Nice to see someone making it.

Olives. I like them too. Did you get the REAL olives, with the nice sour taste or the fake tasteless olives?

Also, I like your QED, heard that somewhere before...
