Now, this place was established at: Shop 4, 1 Diment St, Hurstville, NSW 2220. It still is there. Due to expansion, I guess - they shifted to Forest Road where they also have a corresponding Diamond Cafe bakery as well.

The dual-owner partnership consists of a man and woman. They are both quite quirky in their own sense. I think they complement each other very well as business partners, hence their success in the expansion of their business. Definitely worth the visit.

Shaved Ice with Red Bean & Mango Pudding
$8.50

I come here for the shaved ice. They have this machine that breaks the ice into a fine particle. It feels like ice cream, but not quite. They mix it with milk or any flavour of your choosing. There is an extensive list of toppings and sauce. Generous enough for two.

At night, they make Chinese food dishes, so it is quite a versatile place. They close quite late so it is the place I normally turn to when I'm out late in Hurstville.
